How to submit

Biophysics Colab leverages the ‘Publish, Review, Curate’ model, empowering authors disseminate their research via a publicly available preprint. The curators consider preprints describing original research into the physicochemical mechanisms underlying physiological processes, and endeavour to review all submissions that fall within this scope, but may instead provide less formal feedback if peer review would not be in the authors’ best interest. 

Authors whose preprints are reviewed will receive a single set of constructive comments from a team of reviewers. This consolidated report as well as the authors’ response will be made publicly available. Finalized preprints that are considered to have rigorous methodology, transparent reporting, and appropriate interpretation will be endorsed as a Curated Preprint with a final evaluation statement. Curated Preprints can also be published as Research Articles in the journal Biophysics Colab.
